This course aims to equip Registered Nurses with the knowledge and skills to effectively assess and triage patients in order to make informed decisions as to whether patients require hospital admission or a GP visit. This course is suitable for RN working in Nursing Homes, Care Homes, Out-of-Hours Centres and Walk-in-Centres. We include our own patient assessment tool based on NEWS 2 scoring which is now ratified & used in primary care.
