On-site Courses
A & L Healthcare Training & Consultancy predominantly provides on-site training solutions. These courses can be tailor-made to meet the needs of your staff, service or organisation. We have been involved in developing courses for Pre-operative assessment teams, rapid response teams, community matrons, peri-operative specialist practitioners to name a few. Initially, we with the clients collaboration will perform a training needs analysis and with this mind we can design a specific course and competencies as requested.
